Most models, gas engines only (excludes Diesel). Customer has 14 days to return the old part (core) in order to initiate warranty. All warranty claims MUST be accompanied with original bill of sale and warranty form. It is customer's responsibility to maintain record (tracking number) of returned core.If core is not received within 14 days warranty is void NO EXCEPTIONS. S.A.E is not responsible for defects such as electrical shorts, overcharging or other component defects in vehicle which cause damage or failure to unit. This part is being purchased with the understanding that customer has properly diagnosed vehicle. Our parts are not to be used for test purposes. We are not liable for repair costs, towing, shipping charges or any work done by third parties. Part comes pre-flashed by S.A.E any attempt to alter or update programming will cause warranty to be voided. All warranties are subject to company's approval.
